Carnival: Jubilee
Top Drawer Costume
I made some Costumes for the Nottingham Caribbean Carnival, theme based on The Jubilee. For the Independent Street Carnival Troupe.
The
troupes are usually made up of lots of talented kids, all dressed in a
theme, and they are headed by a Carnival Queen. Cue Mahoosive Costumes,
lots of glitter and lots of hours hard graft.
They really do look so cute all dressed up though. Look how happy they are!

Then there's the queen! I contributed by making the corset, and ruffles and finishing touches!
